Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We understand accidents happen and emergencies occur and will  strive to accommodate these occasional circumstances.

No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Product Return/Exchange Policy

We are happy to provide refunds or exchanges within seven days of purchase if the product remains unopened, sealed, and unused. If the item has been opened and used, we will offer an exchange for a product that is better suited for you.

If you would like to test a product prior to purchasing, please ask and someone will be happy to demonstrate its use, answer any questions, and provide a sample.
